1. Order Processing

• Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in India).

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Carriers: We ship via reputed courier partners (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx).
• Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination pin code.
• Free shipping: Available for orders over ₹15,000 (pre-tax), to most metro and tier-1 cities.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed/SMSed once your package ships; you can track it on the carrier’s website.

3. International Shipping

• Delivery timeframe: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
• Duties & taxes: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Shipping charges: Calculated per shipment—includes carrier fees, fuel surcharges, and any applicable handling fees.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Delays

• Remote areas: Shipments to certain remote PIN codes may incur additional surcharges or longer delivery times.
• Force majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control; we’ll communicate any expected delays promptly.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Damages in transit: Inspect your package on arrival. To be eligible for replacement or refund, report damage or missing items within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the package and items.
• Lost packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your shipment, notify us within 7 days so we can initiate a carrier inquiry on your behalf.

7. Returns Eligibility

• Defective or damaged items: Eligible for return or replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Incorrect items shipped: We’ll arrange a full return and replacement at our cost.
• Custom or made-to-order products: Non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

2. Return Process

1. Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number, item details, and photos of the defect or damage.
2. RMA authorization: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days.
3. Ship back: Pack the item securely, include the RMA slip, and ship to our returns address (provided in the RMA).
4. Inspection & refund/replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement within 5 business days.

3. Refund Methods & Timing

• Original payment: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, net banking, etc.) within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Store credit: If preferred, we can issue a credit note valid for 12 months, usable on any future order.

4. Partial Refunds

• If only part of your order is returned (e.g., one of several items), we’ll refund the price of that item plus any shipping surcharge you paid, if applicable.

5. Order Cancellations

• Before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours after placing it or until it’s marked “Shipped,” whichever comes first.
• After dispatch: If you still wish to cancel, you must follow the standard return process; return shipping costs will apply.
