PET Jars

Glass Jars
We combine traditional glass-making expertise with modern IS (Individual Section) and blow-and-blow forming technologies to deliver precision-engineered jars for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and specialty-care markets. Beginning with carefully controlled batch mixing and high-temperature melting in electric furnaces, molten glass is sectioned, formed, and annealed to optimize mechanical strength, thermal stability and clarity. Automated inspection and tempering cells ensure every jar meets stringent dimensional, cosmetic and performance standards.
Pharma & Droppper Bottles
We specialize in producing sterile, high-precision containers for liquid medicines, tinctures, serums and diagnostics. Utilizing medical-grade PET, HDPE, PP and Type I borosilicate glass, our fully integrated injection and stretch-blow molding lines are housed within ISO-Class 8 cleanrooms and adhere to cGMP standards. Automated assembly stations fit calibrated dropper inserts, child-resistant caps and tamper-evident seals, ensuring each unit meets stringent dimensional, sterility and leakage requirements before release.
