Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we process, handle, and ship orders placed on BottlemakersIndia.com (“Website”), the expected delivery timelines, shipping charges, and related terms.

– All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in India.

– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship products anywhere in India, subject to availability and serviceability.

 

2 International Shipping

At present, we do not ship to destinations outside India. If international shipping becomes available, specific terms—including customs, duties, and shipping charges—will be published on this page.

We work with reputable logistics partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, and India Post. The choice of carrier depends on the delivery location, product size, and weight.

1 Standard Shipping

– For orders above ₹5,000 (INR), standard shipping is free.

– For orders below ₹5,000 (INR), a flat shipping fee of ₹150 (INR) applies.

 

2 Express Shipping

– Express shipping is available at an additional charge, starting from ₹250 (INR), depending on the delivery pincode.

– Express shipping orders must be placed before 1:00 PM IST to be eligible for same-day dispatch.

1 Standard Shipping

– Major metropolitan areas: 3–5 business days.

– Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days.

– Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.

 

2 Express Shipping

– Metro cities: 1–2 business days.

– Other cities: 2–3 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier name. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using that tracking number. Additionally, you can view your order status and tracking details by logging into your Account on the Website.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email or phone. Re-shipment fees or additional charges to correct the address will be borne by you.

If items in your order are shipped from different warehouses, you may receive them in separate packages. In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided. Shipping charges may vary based on the number of packages.

If a product in your order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. You may choose to:

– Wait for the item to become available (backorder).

– Remove the item from your order and proceed with the rest (if applicable).

– Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund.

 

Backorders typically ship within 7–10 business days from the date of your original order, depending on supplier availability.

– We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other restricted delivery locations.

– Restricted or prohibited items under Indian law (e.g., hazardous materials, chemicals) are not available for shipping.

In the event of delays (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes, public holidays), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses due to such delays.

1 Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, upon confirmation, ship a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

 

2 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the photographs.

 

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund, depending on the item’s availability.

1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

– You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped.

– To cancel, contact Customer Support at [email protected] with your order number.

– If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the Returns & Exchange Policy to return the item.

 

2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

– Mahalaxmi Industries reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

– In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Should we begin international shipping, you will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Mahalaxmi Industries may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, in its sole discretion, for any conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Company’s interests. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Website will immediately cease.
