Returns & Exchange Policy

Our Returns & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on BottlemakersIndia.com (the “Website”). Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order.

– We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

– All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Orders older than 7 days cannot be returned or exchanged.

1 Accepted Items

– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including original packaging, labels, and all accessories).

– Items must be accompanied by the original order invoice or packing slip.

– The item must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by you.

 

2 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

– Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., custom-branded bottles)

– Clearance or heavily discounted items (explicitly marked as “Final Sale”)

– Gift cards, downloadable software, digital products

– Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

1 Initiating a Return/Exchange

– Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery.

– Provide your order number, item name/identifier, and reason for return or exchange.

– Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.

 

2 Packaging & Shipping the Return

– Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package.

– Ship the item to the address provided by Customer Support. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

– You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

 

3 Refunds & Exchanges

– Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any shipping charges (if applicable).

– Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability), we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect your original return. You will only be responsible for any price difference or additional shipping charges.

– Store Credit: If you prefer, you may receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit expires one (1) year from the date of issuance.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:

– Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

– Your order number.

– A brief description of the issue.

 

We will evaluate your claim and, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt and verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

– Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. To cancel, please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

– If your order has already shipped, you must follow the return process outlined in Section 3.

2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

– If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error), we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you via email as soon as possible.

– Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

– The timing for refunds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (credit card issuer, bank, or digital wallet) and may take 5–10 business days after processing.

– Standard Returns (Customer’s Fault): You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error.

– Defective/Incorrect Items (Company’s Fault): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover return shipping costs.

We currently do not ship internationally. Should we introduce international shipping in the future, return shipping responsibilities and costs will be specified accordingly.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank statement or payment account for the deposit.
  2. Contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider to confirm the processing timeline.

Mahalaxmi Industries may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, in its sole discretion, for any conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Company’s interests. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Website will immediately cease.
